Our team of professionals are capable of conducting due diligence in as little as 10 days. Each potential investment property is carefully reviewed and put to the test of Stonesfair’s rigid acquisition criteria in order to ensure its long term success. Stonesfair pursues projects on an individual basis–we are not a blind-pool fund. Our approach to valuing a property is very sophisticated and unique to each acquisition.
